Graduated in Biomedical Sciences from the Federal University of São Paulo, Brazil. Holds a Master's and PhD in Molecular Biology and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Hematology. Currently a researcher in gene and cell therapy for epidermolysis bullosa and sickle cell anemia at the Albert Einstein Israeli Hospital. Research Director at DEBRA Brazil since 2017.
