Prof. Hubert Truebel is board certified in pediatrics and in several pediatric subspecialties incl. cardiology. He was active in Germany and the USA as a physician as well as in the pharmaceutical industry, both in biotech and big pharma, where he worked in different roles, from preclinical to clinical research, digital biomarker development to innovation-, project- and operations-management. In 2024 he joined the DEBRA Research gGmbH as one of three managing directors.
He lectures on pharmacology and drug development at the University of Witten/Herdecke and holds an MBA from the University of Illinois
