Ana Paula Caio Zidorio is a dietitian with a master's degree and a PhD focused on clinical nutrition and epidermolysis bullosa (EB). She currently serves as the president of the Multidisciplinary Committee for the Care of People with EB at the University Hospital of Brasília. With extensive experience in the care of children with EB, she has been providing specialized outpatient services since the 1990s. She is also a volunteer dietitian with Debra Brazil, contributing her expertise and dedication to the comprehensive care of individuals living with this rare condition.
